We are very happy to have served thousands of happy customers who travelled with us.
Julia was excellent to work with. We had several changes we wanted to make to our itinerary and she handled each with patience and quick response time. All of the hotels chosen were great with a nice restaurant and grocery close to each which made them very convenient. All of the instructions were clear and concise and all the transfers and guides were very prompt, friendly and informative.
All the Go Russia hired people were responsible and competent. The guides had good information and presented it well; they were also helpful with our personal needs.
Good organisation and guides - especially Olga in Yekaterinburg
The trip was just fantastic.
We were looked after when it was needed but had the freedom to explor ourselves. We were just very pleased with your service you provided. We had a fantastic holiday and journey. Thank you.
Just to say that we arrived home last night, following our very memorable train journey across Siberia. We would like to thank you for your suggestions, and for planning and organising our trip so that everything went seamlessly. It really was the trip of a lifetime, which we will never repeat!
I just wanted to say that the holiday was fantastic. I think that you are very professional and everything run so smoothly and according to plan. I am very impressed! I loved Baikal and Moscow. My favourite people on the trip were Andrei the driver at Vladivostok, Nikolai & Irina at Grace Hotel and the tour guide at Moscow (can't remember her name now). All other people arranged by Go Russia were good. thanks
Thank you for all you did to make this trip a great success and a wonderful experience. Anne and I really enjoyed our trip and were very impressed with the arrangements made by GoRussia and by the helpfulness, friendliness and enthusiasm of the GoRussia guides at each location, Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg and Moscow.
I was very impressed with the following: the online account where all the paper work was held, the assistance from the London office when I had queries before my trip, the guides especially in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Irkutsk, the accommodation in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Listyvanka, and the drivers.
Knowledgeable guides, good timing of the tour, the quality of the attractions (esp. the Europe-Asia intercontinental boundary tour was one of the reasons I booked with Go Russia)
