As part of this initiative, Mongolia has granted visa exemptions to a majority of nationalities, making it more convenient for tourists to enter the country. This progressive approach not only enhances the accessibility of Mongolia as a travel destination but also reflects the nation's commitment to fostering a welcoming environment for visitors from around the world.USA, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand nationals do not require a visa to enter Mongolia as tourists.

TEMPORARY VISA EXEMPTION 2023-2025
The Mongolian government has declared 2023-2025 as the “Years to visit Mongolia”. To stimulate international tourism a decision has been made to temporarily suspend visa requirement for nationals of most European countries as well as Australia and New Zealand.
