Visa Free Rules When Travelling On-board the Ferry

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation foreign tourists traveling on ferries may arrive to Russia without Russian visa for the period of 72 hours being part of an organized tourist group. You must leave the territory of Russia within 72 hours onboard a ferry from St. Petersburg. 72 hours period begins for the moment of crossing border control. VISA FREE RULES
- Passengers must arrive at the port of St. Petersburg on-board St. Peter Line ferry.
- Passengers must leave the territory of Russia from St. Petersburg on-board St. Peter Line ferry.
- Passengers must leave the Russian territory within 72 hours. 72 hours period begins for the moment of crossing border control.
- Passengers must be a part of an organized travel group.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
- You must have a valid passport.
- You must have a valid permit to enter Finland on your journey back from Russia, i.e.
- you either have an EU, USA, Australian passport (or any other passport enjoying visa – free regime with the European Union) or
- have a valid Schengen visa to enter Finland.
- You must follow the tour itinerary.
- You must leave Russia within 72 hours upon arrival (Go Russia tour is compliant with this rule).
