Upon your arrival at the airport, your guide and driver will be there to greet you. After the introductions, we will set out on a westward journey to the HS Khaan Hotel Resort, which is just a short drive away. This resort is perched on a hill, offering panoramic views of a vast emerald green valley, the very location where the Naadam Festival horse racing event unfolds in July. These sweeping vistas provide an excellent initial glimpse of Mongolia's immense beauty.

Your accommodations at the resort will be in a modified Mongolian traditional dwelling known as a 'ger.' These gers come equipped with modern conveniences and feature a generously sized window that offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape. Following breakfast at the hotel resort, our journey continues as we drive to the airport for your domestic flight to the Gobi. Upon arrival at the Gobi, we will embark on our adventure to the enchanting Khongoryn Els Sand Dunes, a mesmerizing stretch that spans 180 kilometers at the base of the stunning Gurvan Saikhan (Three Beauties of the Gobi) Mountain Range. Upon our arrival at the Gobi-Erdene camp, we'll enjoy a satisfying lunch. The evening promises a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in a ger camp. The driving distance for the day's travel will be approximately 260 kilometers, equivalent to 160 miles. Our day will start with breakfast at the ger camp, followed by a journey to the Yol Valley, where we'll engage in a full-day exploration of Yol Valley National Park. This adventure will include scenic hiking and ample opportunities to capture the breathtaking landscapes through your camera lens. Amidst this natural beauty, we'll pause for an alfresco picnic lunch within the park. The afternoon can be spent either continuing our hiking adventure or simply relaxing and soaking in the serene surroundings. For the night, we'll enjoy the comforts of a luxury ger camp. Following breakfast at the camp, our next destination is the renowned Flaming Cliffs, also known as Bayanzag, which is famous for its dinosaur fossils and dinosaur eggs. This unique site played a pivotal role in putting Mongolia on the map for explorers, and we will have the privilege of retracing the steps of the world-renowned paleontologist Roy Chapman Andrews. Additionally, we will visit a local family of camel breeders, immersing ourselves in the traditional hospitality of Mongolian nomads. As a special experience, we will enjoy a short camel ride. The day will culminate with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay in a comfortable ger camp near the Flaming Cliffs. Following breakfast, our journey will take us to Dalanzadgad for our domestic flight back to Ulan Bator. Upon arrival in the capital city, we will have a short transfer to Terelj National Park, located 80 kilometers northeast of Ulan Bator. This stunning park offers picturesque landscapes, and our exploration will include a visit to the remarkable Turtle Rock. Additionally, we'll have the opportunity to saddle up for some horse riding adventures. For the night, we will enjoy the comfort and luxury of the five-star Terelj Hotel. After breakfast, we'll embark on an extensive city tour that will encompass some of Ulan Bator's most notable attractions. Our itinerary includes Sukhbaatar Square, the National History Museum, Zaisan Hill, and the Bogd Khan Winter Palace Museum. Following these enriching visits, we'll indulge in a shopping experience at the State Department Store and the Gobi Cashmere Factory Store after lunch. Later in the evening, we'll come together for a memorable farewell dinner at a special restaurant that offers a panoramic view of the capital city.
